- I spearheaded the development team in architecting and building a high-performance mobile application from scratch. My leadership ensured the successful delivery of a performant app designed to enhance patient care and support healthcare professionals

- I collaborated closely with a strong team in a real estate investment business. As the sole developer responsible for the mobile part I made a significant impact on the project by implementing best practices and improving the scalability of existing app, integrated native code and third party libraries. I enhanced the application's performance, reliability and user appeal resulting in a 20% increase in user engagement.
P2P Fintech Platform
- I initially joined the project as a mobile developer. Over two years I developed a comprehensive plan to improve the user experience, focusing on fixing critical bugs and implementing new features to drive platform growth and engagement. These improvements resulted in a 2x increase in the user base and a 15% boost in conversion rates. As the team faced growing challenges, I began contributing to the platform's frontend development alongside my mobile responsibilities. The frontend stack was a complex mix of JavaScript, jQuery, Vue, React and XML, where I implemented new features and tackled technical debt. Eventually, the team decided to rebuild the platform from scratch using Next.js. I took ownership of the architectural decisions and designed a scalable structure for the rewrite, leading the effort to migrate the platform incrementally while maintaining stability and delivering new functionality.

- Created a site for a software development company from scratch, utilizing the "Island" architecture approach.
Thoroughly optimized all animations on the site, resulting in a decrease in the Cumulative Layout Shift score and an improvement in overall SEO and performance of the site.
